A stand alone programme to help participants manage not only conflict situations but also highly stressed or emotionally charged situations more effectively. This is an engaging three hour programme looking at equipping participants with skills to communicate in difficult, often confrontational, and stressful situations effectively
and with confidence.

Many managers and other professionals find it difficult to deliver messages in a concise and confident manner in a variety of difficult and stressful situations. This programme looks at addressing this and helping participants to be both confident and effective in all of their communication with others. Coping strategies and greater understanding of what is happening in conflict and emotionally charged situations can only go towards helping staff and organisations to cope better with breakdowns in communication.

In this programme we seek to develop understanding of ways to remain professional and effective in difficult, challenging and often highly emotional situations.
